Papa Rellena  (Peru)

Bounteous Peruvian potatoes hand mashed stuffed with sirloin meat, hard boiled egg, black olives, onions and raisin filling.  Golden pan-fried and topped with marinated onions.

 

Papa Huancaina (Peru)

A sophisticated blend of cheese, Peruvian yellow peppers, and spices mixed to a creamy texture served over sliced boiled potatoes.

 

Steak Empanada (Argentina)

Homemade Argentinian mini pies.  A fresh and light pastry filled with hand cut sirloin, olives and onions.  Served with chimichurri.

 

Empanada Caprese (Argentina)

Homemade Argentinian mini pies.  A fresh and light pastry filled with fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil. Served with chimichurri.

Bruschetta  (Argentina)

Crostinis topped with our house chimichurri, sliced tomato, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

 

Salteña (Bolivia)

Traditional saltenas are a type of empanada from Bolivia.  Savory baked pastries filled with beef mixed in a sweet, slightly spicy sauce containing olives, raisins and potatoes.

 

Humita (Chile) 

Steamed buttery organic fresh corn cakes filled with fire roasted peppers and cheese topped with pico de gallo mix.

 

Ceviche Clasico (Peru)  

Traditional Peruvian ceviche.  Fresh fish marinated in fresh lime juice, aji limo, cilantro, and onions. Served with corn and sweet potato.

 

Bolitas de Yuca 

Delicious yucca balls filled with cheese served with our Peruvian Huancaina cheese sauce. 

 

Anticucho de Pollo (Peru) 

Skewers of chicken breast marinated in Andean dry peppers, char-grilled and served with marinated potato.

Causa de Pollo (Peru) 

Whipped yellow potato, Peruvian Aji amarillo and lime filled with chicken salad.
